Every plan starts with an initial service, where we do a full evaluation of your home, treat existing activity, and establish your protective barrier. After that, ongoing, warrantied protection starts at $100 per visit:
Insect Protection Plan — 3 visits per year
Seasonal exterior barrier applications timed to Wisconsin's pest cycles. Covers ants, spiders, wasps and hornets, boxelder bugs, Asian lady beetles, stink bugs, earwigs, centipedes, millipedes, mites, and other occasional invaders.
Total Protection Plan — 4 visits per year
Everything in the Insect Protection Plan, plus year-round rodent control. In western Wisconsin, mice pressure peaks in fall and winter — exactly when insect-only plans go quiet. Quarterly visits keep your home protected in every season.
Our residential work is warrantied. If pests show up between your scheduled services, we come back and take care of it at no charge — no upcharge, no service fees, no fine print, no awkward phone call. That's the whole point of a protection plan: you're covered the entire season, not just on the days we're scheduled to be there.

We start with a walkthrough of your property — foundation, entry points, windows, doors, and the conditions that attract pests in the first place. You'll know exactly what we found and what we recommend.
We treat any existing activity and apply a protective exterior barrier around your home's foundation and entry points. Treatments are applied with your family and pets in mind.
Seasonal or quarterly visits maintain the barrier year-round. And if anything shows up in between, your warranty covers a free re-service — just call.

Our residential plans are an initial service followed by $100 per visit — 3 visits per year for full insect coverage, or 4 visits per year for insects and rodents. Re-services between scheduled visits are always free under your warranty.
We apply all products according to their labels and place treatments with families and pets in mind. The materials we apply are the same materials labeled for use in and around schools & hospitals. We will notify you prior to any services, and all we need is your windows closed and pets secured.
Our rodent program follows all Wisconsin DATCP regulations. Bait is never placed loose or out in the open. It's secured inside locked, tamper-resistant stations that only we can open, and those stations are intentionally weighted so a curious dog can't flip, drag, or break into one. Your pets and kids simply can't get to the bait.
On top of that, we monitor every station on each visit. Part of the reason we check them is to keep bait volumes at a safe and appropriate level.
Generally, for the initial service we like to meet you to go over any questions you may have - and any areas of concern you want to show us. After the initial service, you do not need to be home unless you would like to have interior services completed.
We come back too — at no charge. All of our residential work is warrantied, and there are never fees for a re-service between your scheduled visits.
